A few details before you book
Check-in: 4–7 pm. Check-out: by 11 am. Typical minimum stays: 3 nights in July and 7 in August; we confirm the applicable minimum in your quote.
Pets are welcome on request: €20 per stay. Early arrival or late departure: €90, subject to availability. Children need supervision by the pool and on the terraces. Ask us about steps and access before booking if anyone has limited mobility.
Your enquiry does not hold dates or make a booking. We email the total price and the conditions for confirming, paying for and cancelling your stay before you decide.

Is the property completely private?
Yes. The entire Quinta is reserved for one group only; we do not rent individual rooms to separate guests.

How far is it from Porto?
We are in Rio de Moinhos, Penafiel, beside the Tâmega River. Driving time from Porto depends on your starting point and traffic. See directions below.
